About Us

Hi, I’m Carol, and I’m excited to welcome you to this journey of health and well-being. For over 35 years, I have worked as a nurse in the NHS, witnessing first-hand the profound impact that physical, emotional, and spiritual health can have on people’s lives. Over the past decade, I explored yoga as a way to support my own wellness, but it wasn’t until I experienced the challenges of menopause, managing a busy family and a demanding career that I truly sought something deeper.

Our Story

In 2024, I completed my Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training (SYTT), under the expert guidance of Nicola Park and Andriani Marka. This holistic practice not only deepened my connection to yoga but also opened my eyes to the powerful fusion of Yoga, Chinese Medicine, and Qigong. I now offer a unique blend of seasonal yoga, meditation, breathwork, and healing practices, such as Reiki and Drum Healing, to help others find balance, healing, and inner peace.

It’s a dynamic practice that adapts to the changes in nature, offering tailored experiences that suit your individual needs. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, seeking stress relief, or simply looking to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle, my goal is to provide a safe, nurturing space for you to connect with yourself on a deeper level. Through the integration of movement, energy work, and mindfulness, I help you tap into your body’s natural rhythms, supporting your well-being in a way that resonates with both your body and your spirit.
