Menu

The Athrú Kitchen proposes a nutrient dense, organic diet which is rich in fruit and vegetables, complex cereals, legumes, nuts and seeds.

Although there is a wholesome focus on plant based foods, there will be fish and meat dishes available too.

Below is a sample of what one of your days will look like.

Breakfast

Athrú 15 +superfoods salad

 

A selection of fresh fruit, plant and diary based yogurts, homemade breads (tailored to dietary requirements), overnight oats

 

Vegan Buddha bowl

 

Tofu scramble / Eggs anyway up

 

Something sweet!

 

Freshly pressed orange juice and smoothies

Lunch

On location - homemade soup / sandwiches / salade / fresh fruit

Dinner

Entrée: Beetroot and hazelnut oil mousse with hazelnut Chantilly

 

Plat de resistance: Beef Bourgogne,  Parsley butter potatoes

 

OR Simply herbed quinoa, Stuffed roasted butternut & Basil pesto

 

Dessert:  Dessert Crepe
